Ranjeet Srinivasan

Ranjeet Srinivasan is the lead man of Srinivasan and Co. Ranjeet Srinivasan graduated from the Symbiosis Law College, Pune in 1983. He started his career in Mumbai with an articleship with M/s Kanga and Co., Advocates and Solicitors, for over two years. He later shifted base to Pune to take over the mantle from his father late Shri P.U. Srinivasan.

Mr. Ranjeet Srinivasan with his experience of over 35 years in the legal sphere, is one of the most reputed litigation lawyers in Maharashtra. He has a wide range of experience and expertise in almost all spheres of civil law. Previously legal advisor to almost all Banks in Pune he now regularly advises many high-profile Builders and Developers. He has now stretched his expertise to Corporate Law and Litigation. He regularly engages in social justice work for private litigants. He has mentored many young lawyers who have gone on to achieve significant laurels in their private practice.

Graduated from the Indian Law School, Pune a leading law school, in the year 1979 and ever since has been associated with Srinivasan and Co., After spending much of his initial years in litigation he has excelled in the field of property transactions. His work profile essentially consists of furnishing search and title reports to the banks and financial institutions. He is also empanelled with Bank of India and Can Fin Homes Pvt. Ltd., He is also the Director of Sopankaka Sahakari Bank Ltd. as its adviser.

R.D. Kandgoankar

Graduated from Shahu Law college, Pune in the year 1993. Litigation is his specialization and he has gained huge experience in conducting and handling almost all types of civil litigations. He has in depth knowledge and expertise in drafting suits and conducting the same in the court. He has also successfully conducted various commercial arbitration matters.

Hariprasad Shetty

Having graduated from Symbiosis Law College, Pune in 2001 he now heads the Litigation and Dispute resolution team of Srinivasan and Company, Advocates. Having built a strong reputation by conducting various matters before the Debt Recovery Tribunals of Pune and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunals of Mumbai on behalf of various nationalized banks he now specializes in numerous commercial litigation matters. He exclusively handles all banking litigations of Srinivasan and Co and has successfully conducted various complex litigations before the civil court, especially in high stakes matters. He is also an expert at successfully defending Injunction Applications before the Hon’ble District Court and various Arbitral Tribunals. Hari Shetty has also appeared before the National Company Law Tribunal, Maharashtra RERA authorities and the Hon’ble Supreme Court. He has undergone a three month Legal Process Outsourcing training conducted by Rainmaker team in 2008 and has appeared before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
