Ranjeet Srinivasan

Ranjeet Srinivasan is the lead man of Srinivasan and Co. Ranjeet Srinivasan graduated from the Symbiosis Law College, Pune in 1983. He started his career in Mumbai with an articleship with M/s Kanga and Co., Advocates and Solicitors, for over two years. He later shifted base to Pune to take over the mantle from his father late Shri P.U. Srinivasan.

Mr. Ranjeet Srinivasan with his experience of over 35 years in the legal sphere, is one of the most reputed litigation lawyers in Maharashtra. Graduated from the Indian Law School, Pune a leading law school, in the year 1979 and ever since has been associated with Srinivasan and Co., After spending much of his initial years in litigation he has excelled in the field of property transactions. His work profile essentially consists of furnishing search and title reports to the banks and financial institutions. He is also empanelled with Bank of India and Can Fin Homes Pvt. Ltd., He is also the Director of Sopankaka Sahakari Bank Ltd. as its adviser.

R.D. Kandgoankar

Graduated from Shahu Law college, Pune in the year 1993. Litigation is his specialization and he has gained huge experience in conducting and handling almost all types of civil litigations. He has in depth knowledge and expertise in drafting suits and conducting the same in the court. He has also successfully conducted various commercial arbitration matters.

Hariprasad Shetty

Having graduated from Symbiosis Law College, Pune in 2001 he now heads the Litigation and Dispute resolution team of Srinivasan and Company, Advocates. Having built a strong reputation by conducting various matters before the Debt Recovery Tribunals of Pune and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunals of Mumbai on behalf of various nationalized banks he now specializes in numerous commercial litigation matters. He exclusively handles all banking litigations of Srinivasan and Co and has successfully conducted various complex litigations before the civil court, especially in high stakes matters. He is also an expert at successfully defending Injunction Applications before the Hon’ble District Court and various Arbitral Tribunals. Hari Shetty has also appeared before the National Company Law Tribunal, Maharashtra RERA authorities and the Hon’ble Supreme Court. He has undergone a three month Legal Process Outsourcing training conducted by Rainmaker team in 2008 and has appeared before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

Sheetal Dhage

Sheetal has been associated with Srinivasan and Company, Advocates since 2006. She has completed her graduation from ILS Law College in 2005. Sheetal is a senior lawyer in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team of Srinivasan and Company, Advocates. She is registered as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa since 2006. She specializes in dispute resolution - civil and commerical litigation, including contractual disputes, recovery suits and tenancy laws. Julius Dsouza

Julius graduated from St. Vincent’s College with a B. Com. degree followed by an LLB degree from DES Law College. He joined Srinivasan and Company in 2004 as an office administrator and quickly scaled the ranks to become Junior Partner. He performed various functions as a paralegal.

Julius is an expert at drafting conveyance deeds and regularly appears before the City Civil Court, Mumbai, the Consumer Forum, Mumbai and has conducted litigations in the District Court, Pune as well as the District Court, Nashik.

Abhishek Srinivasan

Having graduated from DES Law College, Pune in 2013 Abhishek went on to complete his Masters in law from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, Los Angeles. After completing his Masters he worked at the Los Angeles Superior Court gaining experience in Family Law, Tenancy matters and Immigration Law. Abhishek also possesses a certificate in American law from University of Berkeley, California. Abhishek commenced his legal practice in the District Courts at Pune in 2017. Vishwajeet Mane

Vishwajeet R. Mane joined Srinivasan & Co., Advocates in July 2017. Having graduated with his BBA LLB/BSL LLB/ BA LLB from IMLC, Satara in 2014 Vishwajeet supplemented this with an LLM from Shankarrao Chavan Law College, Pune. He also possesses a Diploma in Labour Law and Labour Welfare from ILS Law College, Pune.

A humble personality, Vishwajeet spent his formative years honing his skills in the Trial Courts of Satara. With a keen interest in Real Estate and property matters he is a regular presence before the revenue and RERA tribunals in Pune. Soham Butala

Soham has been associated with Srinivasan and Company Advocates since 2019.
